Additionally, because this standard calculation is based on the maximum loan eligibility, it will under-estimate payroll costs if the business did not apply for the full amount of loan to which it was entitled based on its 2019 payroll expenses and other variables described above.Because salaries for PPP eligibility purposes are capped at $100k, businesses with highly-compensated employees will yield an under-estimation of actual payroll costs. This estimation assumes that the PPP recipient applied for the full amount for which they were eligible, and no other variables affected the loan amount received. Situations may exist in which it may not be accurate to estimate a PPP recipient's payroll expenses based on the amount of PPP loan received. I'm more of a fan of older (but not old) buildings that are established and give off the vibe that the people living there really care about calling those places home. In the long run those aren't the landmark type buildings I'd want to live in if I was going to drop 500k.

Sure those are "newer" but they're full of rentals and already look run down after only a handful of years. I'll be honest with you, if I had that cash to spend and was looking for something that premier with 2 bed 2 bath I'd be looking at my first 2 choices over east village stuff like Vetro, Sasso, Nuera Alura Colors etc. Great view, great parking, great building etc. I meccanismi dell’architettura bioclimatica // The mechanisms of bioclimatic architecture guadagno solare // solar gain schermatura della radiazione solare, quando questa non è richiesta shielding of solar radiation when this is not required riparo dai venti tramite ostacoli fisici shelter from the winds through physical obstacles uso dei venti ai fini del raffrescamento. Third is a bit of a budget baller choice but I've seen this unit and for the price it's super nice. vetro glass (material), sheet of glass, piece of broken glass vetrata. Quiet between units, well taken care of etc. also multi-story building, block of flats.

I've seen units in this building and would love to live here. NE unit which is prime because you don't get the stupid sun/heat from the south or sun at 11pm at night from the west. Love the look, very solid, well built, a real landmark residential building with an awesome location. Almost no rentals in the building so majority owners and well taken care of. The 24/7 concierge/security/ amenities, guest suites, underground parking, right across from C-Train and ability to go into North Hill mall (Safeway etc) without needing to step outside in winter is downright amazing. While potentially not as close as you'd like to be, the building is insane. I'd push more for something non-renovated in an amazing building.įirst one is probably one of the most impressive buildings I've been to in Calgary.

Those specs usually get you a penthouse or something really newly renovated in a potentially "crappier" building. One thing I'd try to avoid when buying something that "large" would be to avoid buying the best unit in a shitty building. 2bed/2bath, priced right, not retarded lol under 500k haha Or any other gems, sfh inner-city reno'd same price pt haha Low or high rise concrete condos in downtown or just outside (Bridgeland/Kensington).
